Filming and Photography

You are very welcome to take personal photos inside 221B Baker Street, to record your visit to the scene of the iconic detective’s famous musings and his personal effects.

But please make sure these photos are only for your private and non-commercial purposes.

Publishing them on your personal, non-commercial social media profiles, blog and websites is fine, provided the website or social media platform does not permit commercial reuse of content.

Please also ensure your photography is not impacting on the enjoyment of other visitors or the work of our staff.

Filming inside the Museum is unfortunately not permitted without prior consent.
